CONGRATULATIONS! to Hon. Engr. Jupheter Franco, our ๐๐๐ง๐๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ, for winning the prestigious title of ๐ ๐๐ก ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ 2024. Ambassador Franco is also given the title to officially represent the MCW Philippines at the “MISTER CONTINENTAL WORLD (MCW) 2024” to compete at Thailand starting this 29 May.
